7Zip

7-zip mensupport hampir semua format kompresi sama seperti Winrar. Satu satunya format yang belum disupport oleh 7-zip adalah format *.ace, karena terbentur masalah lisensi.

7-zip mempunyai file manager untuk menjelajah isi harddisk anda, berikut ini tampilan file manager tersebut.

Selain menggunakan file manager, 7-zip juga bisa diakses melalui klik kanan sama seperti program kompresi lainnya. Hebatnya lagi program 7-zip ini juga bisa diakses melalui command line (teks mode).

Untuk menggunakan teks mode, pertama buka command prompt melalui menu run lalu ketik cmd. Setelah command prompt windows terbuka, arahkan ke direktori installasi program 7-zip (defaultnya c:\program files\7-zip), dengan cara ketikan perintah :

cd c:\program files\7-zip

sekarang anda tinggal memberi perintah pada program 7-zip.

Contoh perintah untuk mengkompres file/folder (format *.zip) :

7z a -tzip coba.zip lang\

Untuk perintah perintah yang lain bisa anda lihat di dokumentasi software. Teks mode ini berguna pada saat anda ingin mengkompres maupun dekompres file atau folder dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak.

KOTA PAYAKUMBUH

Kota Payakumbuh terutama pusat kotanya dibangun oleh pemerintah kolonial Hindia-Belanda yang dimulai sejak keterlibatan mereka dalam perang Padri, dan kemudian kawasan ini berkembang menjadi depot atau kawasan gudang penyimpanan dari hasil tanam kopi dan terus berkembang menjadi salah satu daerah administrasi distrik pemerintahan kolonial Hindia-Belanda waktu itu^[2].

Kota ini dibelah oleh sungai yang bernama Batang Agam, menurut tambo setempat, dari salah satu kawasan di dalam kota ini terdapat suatu nagari tertua yaitu nagari Aie Tabik dan pada tahun 1840^[3], Belanda membangun jembatan batu untuk menghubungkan kawasan tersebut dengan pusat kota sekarang. Jembatan itu sekarang dikenal juga dengan nama Jembatan Ratapan Ibu.

PEMERINTAHAN
Kota Payakumbuh sebagai pemerintah daerah berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1956 tanggal 19 Maret 1956, yang menetapkan kota ini sebagai kota kecil^[4]. Kemudian ditindaklanjuti oleh Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 8 tahun 1970 tanggal 17 Desember 1970 yang menetapkan kota ini menjadi daerah otonom pemerintah daerah tingkat II Kotamadya Payakumbuh. Selanjutnya wilayah administrasi pemerintahan terdiri atas 3 wilayah kecamatan dengan 73 kelurahan yang berasal dari 7 jorong yang terdapat di 7 kanagarian yang ada waktu itu, dengan pembagian kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat dengan 31 Kelurahan, kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur dengan 14 kelurahan dan kecamatan Payakumbuh Utara dengan 28 kelurahan.
Dan pada tahun 2008, sesuai dengan perkembangannya maka dilakukan pemekaran wilayah kecamatan, sehingga kota Payakumbuh sekarang memiliki 5 wilayah kecamatan, dengan 8 kanagarian dan 76 wilayah kelurahan.
Adapun wilayah kecamatan yang baru tersebut adalah kecamatan Lamposi Tigo Nagari, yang terdiri dari 6 kelurahan dalam kanagarian Lampasi dan Kecamatan Payakumbuh Selatan, yang terdiri dari 9 kelurahan dalam 2 kanagarian yaitu Limbukan dan Aur Kuning. Sedangkan kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat terdiri dari 22 kelurahan dalam kanagarian Koto Nan IV. Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur terdiri dari 14 kelurahan dalam 3 kanagarian, yaitu Aie Tabik, Payobasuang dan Tiakar. Kecamatan Payakumbuh Utara terdiri dari 25 kelurahan dalam kanagarian Koto Nan Godang^[5].

GEOGRAFIS

Kota Payakumbuh berada pada hamparan kaki gunung Sago, dan dikelilingi oleh kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Kota ini berada dalam jarak sekitar 30 km dari kota Bukittinggi atau 120 km dari kota Padang dan 188 km dari kota Pekanbaru.
Keadaan topografi daerah kota ini terdiri dari pebukitan dengan rata-rata ketinggian 514 meter diatas permukaan laut, dan suhu rata-rata berkisar antara 26 °C serta kelembahan udara antara 45 hingga 50 %.
Untuk penggunaan lahan di kota Payakumbuh adalah seperti berikut:

PERHUBUNGAN

Kota ini termasuk kota penghubung antara kota Padang dengan kota Pekanbaru, dan dari kota ini dapat juga terhubung ke jalur lintas tengah Sumatera tanpa mesti melewati kota Bukittinggi.
Saat ini tengah dibangun jalan lingkar luar bagian utara (10,45 km) dan selatan (15,34 km) dikenal dengan Payakumbuh Bypass untuk memudahkan akses transportasi tanpa harus melalui pusat kota dan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonominya. Pembangunan jalan ini berasal dari dan pinjaman pemerintah pusat kepada Bank Pembangunan Asia (ADB)^[9].

PEREKONOMIAN

Kota Payakumbuh sebagai kota persinggahan, menjadikan sektor jasa dan perdagangan menjadi sektor andalan. Namun sektor lain seperti pertanian, peternakan dan perikanan masih menjanjikan bagi masyarakat kota ini^[10] karena didukung oleh keadaan tanahnya juga terbilang subur.
Untuk menjadikan kota ini sebagai sentra perdagangan selain dengan meningkatkan pasar-pasar tradisional yang ada selama ini, pemerintah setempat bersama masyarakatnya mencoba membangun sistem pergudangan untuk mendukung aktivitas perdagangan yang modern. Dan saat ini kota Payakumbuh telah memiliki sebuah pasar modern yang terletak di jantung kotanya.
Sementara industri-industri yang ada di kota ini baru berskala kecil, namun telah mampu berproduksi untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar luar negeri, diantaranya sulaman bordir dan songkok/peci^[11].

OLAHRAGA DAN BUDAYA

Masyarakat kota ini memiliki klub sepak bola yang dikenal dengan nama Persepak Payakumbuh yang bermarkas pada stadion Kapten Tantawi.
Olahraga pacu kuda juga merupakan pertunjukan yang paling diminati oleh masyarakat kota ini, dan biasa setiap tahunnya diselenggarakan pada gelanggang pacuan kuda yang bernama Kubu Gadang yang sekarang menjadi bahagian dari komplek GOR M.Yamin.
Kota Payakumbuh memiliki beberapa pertunjukan tradisional, diantaranya tarian-tarian daerah yang bercampur dengan gerakan silat serta diiringi dengan nyanyian, dan biasa ditampilkan pada waktu acara adat atau pergelaran seni yang disebut dengan randai^[12]. Salah satu kelompok randai yang terkenal diantaranya dari daerah Padang Alai, yang bernama Randai Cindua Mato.
Masyarakat kota Payakumbuh juga terkenal dengan alat musik jenis Talempong, yaitu sama dengan alat musik gamelan di pulau jawa, yang biasa ditampilkan dalam upacara adat, majlis perkawinan dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu alat musik lain yang masih dijumpai di kota ini adalah Saluang, yaitu sejenis alat musik tiup atau sama dengan seruling.
Selain itu terdapat juga pertunjukan Pacu Itik yang setiap tahunnya diselenggarakan pada nagari-nagari yang ada dalam kota ini.

MAKANAN KHAS

Kota Payakumbuh dikenal juga dengan sebutan Kota Botiah. Selain botiah masih banyak makanan khas dari kota ini diantaranya gelamai, boreh rondang, kipang, rondang boluk, rondang tolua dan martabak tolua. Di nagari Tiakar juga terdapat paniaram yaitu kue dari beras kotan di campur gula onau.

OBJEK WISATA : Makam keramat Tanjung Lilin

Makam keramat Tanjung Lilin terletak di Kenagarian Taeh Baruah, Kecamatan Payakumbuh ± 8 km arah utara kota Payakumbuh dan sangat mudah serta aman untuk dikunjungi. Ditempat ini terasa suasana yang tenang dan sunyi walaupun sangat dekat dengan perkampungan penduduk. Ada dua versi cerita tentang Makam Keramat ini, versi pertama menceritakan bahwa yang berkubur disini adalah Syech Yusuf yang merupakan salah seorang ulama yang ikut mengembangkan syi'ar agama Islam dari Aceh sampai ke Malaysia, beliau dikenal mempunyai kesaktian dan ilmu kebatinan yang sangat tinggi. Syech Yusuf mempunyai 3 orang istri dan salah seorang istri beliau berasal dari Negeri Sembilan Malaysia dan beliau juga mempunyai anak cucu disana. Konon kabarnya, beliau bisa mengetahui keadaan anak cucunya di Negeri Sembilan walaupun beliau berada di Taeh, dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Versi kedua mengatakan bahwa yang berkubur disini adalah Syech Abdurrahman, yang ikut berjasa dalam mengembangkan agama Islam di daerah ini semasa zaman Paderi. Pengikut Tuanku Imam Bonjol ini memiliki kesaktian, mahir dengan ilmu bela diri dan terkenal keberaniannya. Tidak hanya didaerah ini, beliau juga mengembangkan agama Islam sampai ke Malaysia, tepatnya didaerah Kelang. Diperkirakan meninggal tahun 1836. Kekeramatan kuburan ini terlihat setelah beliau dikuburkan. Banyak penduduk sekitar yang sering melihat cahaya diatas kuburan tersebut yang menyerupai api lilin sehingga mereka takut untuk mendekat karena dianggap angker dan keramat.

OBJEK WISATA : Jembatan Ibuh dan Tugu Ratapan Ibu
Jembatan Ibuh merupakan tempat dimana terjadi pembantaian anak nagari Payakumbuh oleh penjajah Belanda yang ditembak dan disiksa kemudian dilemparkan ke Batang agam di Jembatan tersebut. Kemudian dengan isak tangis para Ibu atau Bundo kanduang, maka dijadikanlah sebagai tonggak sejarah perjuangan rakyat Payakumbuh dengan membangun Tugu ratapan Ibu.

OBJEK WISATA : Masjid Tuo Koto Nan Ampek
Masjid tuo koto nan ampek dibangun pada masa penjajahan Belanda yang terletak dikelurahan Balai Nan Duo koto nan Ampek Payakumbuh. Bentuk aslinya yang masih terpelihara yang terdiri dari bahan-bahan kayu/papan dan pohon kelapa. Meskipun telah berusia + 100 tahun, namun masih tetap kuat dan utuh. objek wisata ini hanya berjarak 2 km dari pusat kota

OBJEK WISATA : Ngalau Indah
Ngalau Indah Payakumbuh merupakan objek wisata kebanggaan Kota Payakumbuh. Ngalau Indah yang merupakan objek wisata di bukit simarajo yang merupakan kawasan hutan hijau lindung yang memiliki udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan yang cantik. Kolam Renang Ngalau Indah Berkelas Internasional yang dibangun untuk keperluan anak nagari dalam meningkatkan minat olah raga renang serta sebagai objek wisata. Kolam Renang tersebut diresmikan oleh Gubernur Sumatera Barat H. Gamawan Fauzi tahun 2006.

Objek wisata ngalau sampik yang terletak berdampingan dengan Ngalau indah juga merupakan salah satu objek wisata kawasan hutan lindung dengan wajah pemandangan hutan hijau dan cantik yang terletak dekat jalan raya lintas Padang Pekanbaru

OBJEK WISATA : Pacu Itiak

Pacu Itiak (itik) Merupakan satu olah raga unik yang digelar oleh masyarakat Payakumbuh. Itik yang diperlombakan adalah itik khusus yang berusia antara 4-6 bulan. Keunikan dari Perlombaan ini adalah pada tempat penyelenggaraanya yang bukan dilakukan di sungai atau kolammelainkan diudara. Pacu itik dilombakan dengan jarak terbang yang sudah ditentukan seperti 800 m, 1600 m, dan 2000 m. Pemenangnya adalah itik yang dapat terbang diatas jalur yang ditentukan dengan pencapaian garis finish lebih awal

OBJEK WISATA : Pacu Jawi (Sapi)

Kegiatan Pacu Jawi (Sapi) diadakan diareal persawahan dan biasanya dilaksanakan sesuai musim panen.pada dasarnya perlombaan ini diadakan agar suasana panen lebih semarak dan menyenangkan. Dua ekor sapi diikat pada sebuah bajak dengan joki menari-narik ekor sapi. Dalam setiap perlombaan melibatkan 5 sampai 10 pasang sapi berpacu dari garis star sampai finish.Biasanya perlombaan ini diadakan 3 kali setahun sebelum musim tanam yang bertempat digelanggang Tanjung Anau, Payobasung

OBJEK WISATA : Pacu Kudo (Kuda)

Pacuan Kuda sebenarnya permainan rakyat, terutama bagi peternak kuda atau penggemar kuda di Kota Payakumbuh dulunya. Kini kegiatan ini telah menjadi event pendukung pariwisata di Kota Payakumbuh dengan jarak yang diperlombakan 800, 1200, 1400 dan 1600 meter. Umumnya kegiatan ini diadakan setahun sekali. Kegiatan ini pun telah ditetapkan sebagai event pariwisata nasional sebagai kalender wisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata Seni dan Budaya RI.

OBJEK WISATA : Panorama Ampangan
Objek Wisata Panorama Ampangan merupakan salah satu objek tujuan wisata di Kota Payakumbuh yang gterletak dikawasan perbukitan Kenagaraian Aur Kuning di kelurahan Ampangan Kec. Payakumbuh Selatan. Suasana alam perkampungan dan sawah serta ladang yang hijau dan luas terbentang mengajak wisatawan untuk menikmati keindahan alam pemandangan perbukitan.

OBJEK WISATA : Puncak Simarajo
Objek Wisata Puncak Simarajo yang terletak dekat Ngalau Indah yang juga merupakan kawasan Hutan Lindung. Pemandangan yang indah dengan hutan hijau akan membawa para pengunjung untuk rileks melihat kawasan hutan hijau dan sawah yang terbentang luas membuat mata jadi segar dan hati jadi tenang dengan kesunyian suasana dan alam yang bersahabat.

OBJEK WISATA : Randai
Randai merupakan salah satu jenis kesenian teater rakyat anak nagari Minangkabau. Biasanya, satu grup Randai berjumlah 14 sampai 25 orang pemain yang membawakan lakon dari cerita-cerita rakyat, seperti, Kati Alam, Samsudin, Siti Sabariah, Alam, Saedar Siti Janela dan lain-lain. Secara teknis, Randai merupakan perpaduan antara tari, musik dan teater. Keunikannya terletak pada bentuk penyajian dengan bentuk pola lingkaran. Kedekatan antara pemain dan penonton menjadikan Randai sangat akrab dengan masyarakat Minangkabau. Randai biasanya dimainkan dihalan atau dilapangan, sehingga penonton yang mengelilingi pemain tampak menjadi suatu kesatuan yang utuh. Dalam setiap penampilan, penonton boleh saja menyela dialog-dialog yang disampaikan paemain atau mungkin bersorak untuk memberikan gairah pemain seperti halnya lenong di Betawi.
